“This was my worst ever buying experience on eBay in 20 years. This bumper cover described by seller as being CAPA certified was of poor quality , wasn’t CAPA certified, was missing tow cap cover and shipped in falling apart homemade box. Contacted the seller with intention to return it. Seller demanded for the item to be shipped back in the same box it was received, what was rejected by the carrier as not adequate for secure shipment. Please be careful doing business with this seller.”
