Who may submit a request
A reviewer, authorized representative, source platform, rights holder, or other affected person may request review of published content.
How to submit
Email support@fitparts.com with the subject “FITPARTS Review correction or removal request.” Include:
- the permanent FITPARTS Review URL;
- the source platform and source review ID;
- the specific correction or removal requested;
- the reason for the request;
- information reasonably sufficient to verify your connection to the record or rights involved.
Review process
We may acknowledge the request, ask for limited verification, compare the published record with the approved source export, and consult the source platform or legal advisers where appropriate. Verification information is used for the request and handled under the Privacy Notice.
Possible outcomes
A record may be corrected, relabeled, de-duplicated, restricted, removed, or left unchanged. When possible, we will explain the result. Removal from FITPARTS Review does not remove the original record from a third-party platform; requests concerning the original must be directed to that platform.
Urgent privacy or safety concerns
Clearly identify accidental disclosure of sensitive personal information in the subject line. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
