“Arrived bent and unusable. Had trouble getting in touch with seller through app and had to do it on computer. I submitted the return and was told I would get a shipping label, waited a few days and never received one, had to contact seller again and confirm I was returning it how it was originally packaged for them to send me a label. Got it figured out but process could be better”
