“I did not receive what was described in the description or picture. I didn’t open the box until it was taken to the body shop due to me verifying the vin # and it guaranteed it fit. The shop advised me this was the wrong bumper. I contacted the seller but due to their 30 day policy they wouldn’t exchange or return. It was 37 days and the item was still new in all of its original packaging. Customer service Sam was terrible! I never wanted a refund I asked for exchange for what they advertised.”
