“There were a few mounting holes that did not line up exactly, but overall it fit and is holding in place. The extra "padding" that is on the factory liner is NOT included. I had to take my old one off, and using some glue, affix the padding onto the liner. I believe this is both for anti-rattling and vibration control, and sound-dampening. The price is definitely worth it.”
