“The item was shipped in a box too small and folded up in order to fit. I spent 3 hours trying to make it fit before giving up and ordering another through a different company. The creases where it got folded just wouldn't go back to the original shape. I'm busy and don't have time to deal with the process of returning an item, I'd rather just take the loss and give a fair warning in the feedback so others can move on to the next company.”
