“Post mentions nothing about it being textured and it still came textured. Bumper arrived with a bunch of scratches on it. Sent a picture to the seller and they sent me an automated response asking for another picture of the damages. Then they “sent it to the claim department and it should take another 24 hours to hear back.” They did offer me a full or partial refund so they’re at least willing to work with you but communication has been slow. Likely would not recommend”
