“Item arrived folded in half and stuffed into a square box! I spent four hours with a heat gun to make it look presentable. Imagine my chagrin! What kind of jack-water outfit does stuff like this? I will never buy from them EVER again! No mention of their intent to ship like this in the ad. Deceptive and unprofessional in my humble opinion.”
