“We tried to fix the problem with the item without success to not have to ask for a replacement.Then to have contact with someone at the company after the original return date asking for more info and helpful about resolving the issue .To then do what I was asked and send pictures in to be told there was nothing they could do. Was absolutely a different response the previous.”
