“I was very skeptical of this but alas it was perfect. Got the box and opened it to pull out the balled up bumper, it comes wrapped before it got folded which at first I was annoyed with, but as I discovered: if you cut a hole in the wrapping you can stick the heat gun (or hair dryer in my case) just inside of it and the wrapping creates a little wind/heat tunnel on the bumper and speeds up the unfolding process.Now they advise you to leave it in the sun for a day but I didn't have a day to spare so I heated it up alot and very VERY slowly and gently unfolded it. Probably took me about an hour at high heat. There will be a few slightly out of shape tabs but with heat and snapping the trim pieces in, they straighten out.No cracks, smooth surface, and everything straightened out with the exception of one small crease on the bottom. (About an inch, barely visible and I could've repaired it if I cared)A+ value for the money if you have a little knowhow and you're just doing your own car.”

“1. It takes 3 hours to heat everything till it unfolds & is vaguely the correct shape, the tab inserts take so much heat to become pliable the surface plastic will bubble first.2. The plastic pillars that keep the part's shape need cut out for installation. This process leaves white cut/torn plastic visible on the black part.I shouldn't pay 240$ to have to touch it up with a freaking sharpie.”

“They sell good products, but they ship them terribly… they will bend up and make something fit in a box no matter what, even if it damages the item. They will fix it if there’s a problem or let you return it. But it’s better to pay that few extra dollars for a bumper to be shipped normally”

“Good price but the way they shipped it rolled up like a newspaper never went back to shape. After sitting for days and heating it up I got it together but don’t like so good where it lines up this the car fits good but like the grills and fog light cover nothing fit nice”

“This fit well I did not have any real issues as far as getting it to unfold just used a hairdryer to reshape the parts that were being hard Togo back into place like they should. The only complaint I would have is that they should send these with the bottom clips to reattach the back to the under guard. I could not find them at the local parts store and once the ones on my car were popped off to get the bumper off they were no good to use again. This bumper was top quality would buy again”

“The daughter got hit in a parking lot on the passenger side crushing the bumper and headlight. ordered this and headlights found that doing both at the same time made it easy to get to the fog lights and made the work easier. Open the box and place it in a warm room for 2 - 3 days and you don't need to do the hairdryer thing. This came primed my daughter said the primer color was cool with her so no need to paint it.”

“I needed to replace this fender liner as a deer hit my vehicle and damaged the front bumper , this was a perfect fit for my 2012 Ford Edge, hubby replaced it in about 20 mins, could have done with some of the retainers as I lost a couple in the accident , I had to buy some separately, but very happy with this product , was good quality.”
