# FITPARTS Review publishing policy

FITPARTS Review is designed to aggregate customer feedback from eBay, Amazon, Google, and FITPARTS.com while preserving source context.

## What a published review should include

- Source platform
- Original rating
- Publication date, when available
- Product or service context
- Vehicle and part type, when reliably matched
- Verified-purchase status, only when supplied by the original platform
- Company response, when one exists

## Editorial rules

1. Do not change the reviewer's meaning.
2. Do not present a synthetic or AI-written review as customer feedback.
3. Do not remove a review solely because it is critical.
4. Clearly mark excerpts, translations, incentives, and moderation.
5. Correct obvious formatting problems only when the meaning remains unchanged.
6. Link to or identify the original source whenever platform rules permit.
7. Respect marketplace terms, customer privacy, copyright, and applicable law.

## Prototype content

The initial site design contains sample review cards and a sample aggregate score for layout demonstration. These placeholders are labeled on the site and are not verified customer reviews. They must be replaced with properly sourced data before public promotion as evidence of customer sentiment.
