# FITPARTS Review Publishing and Moderation Policy

FITPARTS Review is operated by GetPart LA Inc., the company behind FITPARTS.com. It is a company-operated, source-labeled archive of FITPARTS customer feedback, not an independent third-party rating service.

## Required record fields

Published records should show, when available in the approved source data:

- source platform;
- storefront or profile name;
- source review ID;
- publication date and import date;
- original rating and review text;
- product or service context;
- verified-purchase status only when supplied by the platform;
- permanent FITPARTS Review URL;
- original-review or source-profile link when platform rules and source data permit.

If the source export does not provide a dependable public URL for the exact review, FITPARTS Review may link to the relevant source profile and show the source review ID. A direct review URL must not be invented.

## Editorial and moderation rules

1. Preserve the reviewer's meaning and source attribution.
2. Do not publish synthetic or AI-written text as customer feedback.
3. Do not remove a review solely because it is critical.
4. Clearly disclose excerpts, translations, incentives, material edits, and moderation actions.
5. Limit formatting corrections to changes that do not alter meaning.
6. Redact personal, financial, security, or other sensitive information when necessary.
7. Remove unlawful content, credible threats, spam, impersonation, or content unrelated to a customer experience when appropriate.
8. Respect source-platform terms, privacy, copyright, and applicable law.
